Welcome to the home of the AAMD Rock Band program, where
our students get the opportunity to become part of a working band.
Our bands feature awesome student musicians from Central Texas
who rock the house wherever they play. They keep the tradition
of American Rock alive everyday, playing Rock and Roll from
the 50s & 60s, Classic Rock from the 70s & 80s, as well as
the music of today. Whether it's Buddy Holly, John Cougar,
3 Dog Night, Blink 182 or Sam the Sham and the Pharoahs,
our students know their stuff.
Our current lineup of bands include Speed Limit 180, Chaotic 8
and On Target.* Each band performs at local venues throughout
Central Texas and can be seen monthly at Junior's in downtown
Round Rock.
